Azerbaijan Airlines Antonov AN-140-100 plane crash

The Antonov An-140-100 from Azerbaijan airlines, which was en route from Baku to Aktau, crashed a few minutes after take
off. The plane crashed on land near the Caspian Sea shore, north from Baku. All off the 17 passengers and 5 crew members
were killed.
Azerbaijan Airlines' said that the study of the plane's flight recorders revealed that the pilots' instruments failed
immediately after takeoff, making the crew unable to see the parameters necessary to fly, and leaving the crew unable to
pilot the aircraft. A few minutes before the crash, the crew reported a system failure and asked air traffic controllers
for information on the plane's altitude and direction.
