The Boeing 737 main deck cargo door open in flight

What happens in this video ?

August 21st 2021 - This Boeing 737-200 cargo plane experienced an opening of its main deck cargo door soon after takeoff and returned to land back at Mitú Airport, Colombia. There was no injury onboard. The Boeing 737 involved in this incident is 40 years old.

They were fortunate that this happened right after takeoff. At altitude, a cargo door opening in mid-flight could have heavily damaged the airframe or, worse, an inflight breakup.
