The aircraft broke off its first ILS approach to runway 4 at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport (Pennsylvania, USA) due to low clouds and mist. While circling for the second approach, the aircraft developed engine problems. The crew reported to the tower that both engines had failed, and shortly after, the aircraft crashed into wooded terrain 9 NM from the runway 4 threshold. All the 19 people onboard were killed.
