Equatair Antonov AN-24B plane crash

The aircraft was operating a passenger flight from Malabo to Bata. Shortly after takeoff, the Antonov AN-24B was on fire and lost altitude. It crashed into a jungle mountainous area, about 13 miles from Malabo. All the 60 passengers and crew members were killed.
Equatair is currently on the blacklist of airlines banned from flying in the European Union.
